To our valued customers,
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to affect people and businesses worldwide, I wanted to personally reach out and share with you our plans to protect our employees, customers and operations during these difficult times.
Having been identified as a Critical Infrastructure Support Company for the COVID-19 Relief Effort, Unistrut Service Company is continuing day-to-day operations, and we have taken a number of steps to combat the spread of COVID-19, including:
- Implementation of a comprehensive COVID-19 response plan based on guidelines outlined by the CDC, our state departments of health and other government agencies. We will continue to follow their guidance and take appropriate measures as needed.
- Monitoring inventory to identify any potential risks to client employees.
- Limiting non-essential vendor visits to our offices and manufacturing facilities.
- Suspension of international travel and limiting domestic employee travel to only that which is essential to the operation of the business. Employees are being encouraged to conduct meetings by phone or video conference wherever possible.
We have been in constant communication with our manufacturing partners and we foresee no supply chain interruptions at this time. Our internal staffing resources will allow us to continue serving all of your engineering and fabrication requirements, as well as maintaining timely delivery of the materials required to protect your business and day-to-day operations.
If there is anything the Unistrut Service Company work family can do to assist your company’s day-to-day operations, please contact us and we’ll gladly lend a hand.
We are here, we are open and we are available to help you navigate this challenging situation. Our team will continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19 and make decisions that are guided by safety.
We appreciate your continued support and hope the best for all of you, your families and your business.
