As the urgency to scale up to patient needs continues to mount, the skilled engineers at USC have developed an affordable partition using Unistrut channel and Herculon fabric secured to the framing with grommets and quick connect loop ties.
These prefab hospital rooms have a streamlined design that is ideal for converting hospitals, arenas, stadiums, and other usable space into more area for patient beds. Unistrut channel makes up the easy-to-assemble framework while the walls are constructed from medical grade, flame retardant fabric panels with excellent strength and resistance to chemicals, stains and mildew.
Unistrut portable hospital rooms easily accommodate standard 36-by-84-inch and 54-by-96-inch patient beds, and because they are modular, sections can be connected to minimize the overall footprint and use of materials.
Fittings are available for adding additional compartments, and top rails provide space to hang lights and supplies.
