Introducing Telespar…Telescoping square tubing for Industrial and OEM applications.

The Telespar system is ideal for building racks, shelving, conveyors systems, adjustable platforms, and more.

The secret to Telespar’s versatility is its ability to telescope. Unlike other square tubing products, Telespar is produced with high-speed roll forming technology with high-frequency resistance welding.  This process results in smooth corner welds within very close tolerances, allowing smaller sizes to fit smoothly into the next larger size.

Manufactured from rugged, 12-gauge steel, Telespar is available in solid and perforated sections in sizes ranging from 1-1/2” to 2-1/2” square. Perforated holes are 7/16” spaced on 1” centers, and thanks to tight tolerances held during the production process, holes on telescoping sections remain in perfect alignment.

Available in pre-galvanized and plain finishes, the Telespar system includes a complete line of fittings, fasteners, and accessories for splicing, extending, and reinforcing structures.

Outstanding physical properties and performance only tell part of the Telespar story. At Unistrut Service Company, we combine a best in class telescoping square tubing product with a bundle of value-added services designed to save our customers time and money

Using CNC production saws, Unistrut Service Company can pre-cut Telespar to custom lengths while holding precise tolerances plus or minus of 1/16th of an inch. By cutting 12- and 24-foot sections of Telespar to smaller sizes, you’ll realize significant savings on freight, and your employees can focus on what they do best, manufacturing your products.

Need Telespar with a custom powder-coated finish? We’ve got that covered too.

Although many Telespar applications feature bolted, mechanical connections, we can weld and fabricate Telespar structures to your prints or ours.

Unistrut Service Company also offers a complete host of engineering services, including stamped PE drawings. Whether you need to improve upon an existing design or require complete turnkey service, our in-house engineering team is here to help every step of the way.
